Layer pads are the ideal solution for palletisation of cans, glass and PET bottles. Reusable Layer Pads are available as a basic die-cut sheet for use as a protective separator or stable base layer for goods stacked in stillages or containers. Supplied as a simple pad and available with or without cut-outs to assist with removal after use, extruded Polypropylene Layer Pad are fully customisable and 100% recyclable at the end of their useful life.

They can be proposed in solid or twinwall structure, both rigid and lightweight. Thanks to their 100% polypropylene composition, they ae washable, resistant to moisture, oils and chemical and are 100% recyclable at the end of their life cycle. To support your brand identity, they are easily printable.

Plastic layer pad is made of corrugated polypropylene sheet and perfectly sealed on four sides and corners to guarantee optimum hygiene. It is widely used in beverage industry as a divider sheet in between the bottles or cans for stacking purpose.Plastic layer pads will facilitate to transport the bottles or cans effectively, helping you to save packaging cost significantly as it is reusable and washable.

WEATHER RESISTANT
Our layer pads are weather resistant and therefore meet many requirements of the industry. They also withstand outdoor temperatures and weather conditions when transporting your products. They contain UV stabilizers prevent them from sunlight damage during shipping. Even though they should not be stored outdoors, they withstand sunlight better than cardboard or wooden pallets.
